Busy Bee Warranty Policy

Busy Bee Garden Center does not accept returns on live plant material. Once a plant leaves the greenhouse, it is your responsibility to care for it properly. 

Hardgoods may be returned in original condition within 7 days of purchase. You must have a paper receipt as well as the return of any original packaging. We only offer merchandise credits for returned hardgoods. 

We sell only the highest quality plant material. We feel confident
enough about what we sell that we do not offer any sort of warranty on
plant material. If a plant does not meet Busy Bee standards, it does not
go out for sale. Unfortunately, after the plant leaves our care, we
cannot control what happens to it. Whether it never got planted, you
forgot to water it a few too many times, you watered every day until it
drowned, a shade plant was planted in full sun, or it was planted
incorrectly, those are just a few examples of things we cannot control.
Our trees and shrubs are sourced from only northern nurseries in states
such as Minnesota and Wisconsin, so the plant material is very hardy for
our area. Unlike other businesses, we do not add in the cost of the
warranty to the retail price of the plant. Instead, we've chosen to sell
our plants at a reasonable price. If you have questions about the care
